Hi there

Hope you well.

Thank you for my parcel, however when I opened it the mycro keratin tone and treat conditioner its damaged, I have attached pictures via email. When I lifted the bottle the whole thing spilled.

Please advise on this as my product is damaged, because this is received damaged inside the box.
