During the exciting Black Friday period, we are thrilled to offer our customers incredible discounts and savings on a wide range of products. However, in the event of returns or exchanges, we require our valued clients to arrange their own courier service to deliver the product back to our premises. Additionally, we request customers to organize collection for their new items being sent out as replacements or exchanges.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges if the product was physically used or based on the client’s desired styling outcome. Please note the items remains the clients responsibility until it is received by our returns team.


Delivery rules and expected: 


Mycro Keratin strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. All items are normally dispatched within one working day of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-5 working days for delivery. Orders are not always dispatched on day of ordering. Deliveries made to extremely remote areas may incur a delivery charge.

Orders are delivered: in South Africa via Courier Guy and can be tracked here and anywhere else in the world via DHL international and can be tracked in their website via this link. 


Shipping during Black Friday may take longer than normal due to high volumes.  Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.


Returns and Exchanges: 


For hygiene reasons, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us. All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition. The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it’s a mistake on our side. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via e-mail. Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via e-mail before any Goods are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product. With all purchases we provide 7 day policy where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.



Please ensure to complete the registration on the website, within 30 days of purchase, in order to have your MOYOKO Warranty registered and activated.

Your activation commences on Date of Purchase. Please attach your invoice or proof of purchase (clearly displaying the date and place of purchase) in order for us to validate your warranty. Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product.
